Lookup in Devkit Header

The declaration of most of the datatypes, structs, constants etc. can now be found in their respective header file using the popup menu.

In the same way that Cutter applies indentation to a rib file it can now reformat a RenderMan Look File.

The rib generated by Cutter for RIS mode rendering has been improved.
