Separation of RIS & Reyes
Cutter's UI has been modified so that there is a clearer separation of it's RIS and Reyes features - figure 1. When RIS mode is selected the traditional "Rsl" tab changes to "Osl" and it's popup menus provide access to Osl's constants and functions - figure 2.
