RixPlugin C++ Generator

This version of Cutter can now generate the basic C++ code from an .args file that implements a "pattern", "bxdf", "displayfilter" or "samplefilter" plugin. After editing one of these types of .args file a right-mouse click will raise a popup menu with a "Create C++ Code" menu item. For additional information about C++ code generation refer to,
