Building RixPlugins
Release of RPS 23 introduced the necessity of linking to a new lib called "libpxrcore.lib". When the "RPS root" text field of Preferences points to RenderManProServer-23.0 or higher, Cutter will automatically link to the libpxrcore.lib.
